After seeing the Metro-North/NJT New Haven Line Meadowlands game trains on several Sundays, I've found there's no apparent method as to whether the power is on the east or west end of these push-pull trains. Of the three trains that operated this morning, two had the power on the west end like this one (optimal) and one on the east. Also on this day, all three trainsets had ALP-46 power with multi-level cars; I've seen ALP-44s as well with Comets on other days.
