1957 built S300 leads a QRN shuttle service Yennora–Botany containers assisted by 42107 a 1965 built AJ16C also with an EMD 16-567C engine. The S class is in Chigago Freight Car Leasing Australia scheme while the 421 class is in Northern River Railway paint scheme
