| Mud slides near Pittsburgh caused a re-route of the Westbound Capitol limited all the way up to Ashtabula before regaining their normal route in Cleveland. As a result, running some 10 hours late the Westbound Capitol limited sits at the Toledo Amtrak station on a sunny afternoon when it's normally a pre-dawn train. |
