| It’s Sunday January the 11th and it has started to snow heavily. All is quiet on the scanner and nothing is moving on the Tazewell & Peoria. A loaded BNSF coal train bound for ADM in Decatur, IL sits on the Tazewell & Peoria’s double tracks in Pekin. It will still be a few hours before a CN crew shows up and begin their journey down the CN Peoria Subdivision to Decatur. In the meantime, this photographer sits back and enjoys the scene while his son and wife watch on in the car near by. |
