| As I recall SP has just lost a big lawsuit, I believe in Arizona, and had gone nuts on the warning light thing so they had hung this light on the handrail and used and extension cord to power it. This was on a local of some sort coming thru the commuter depot. I'd guess it's and ex-T&NO unit. |
