| After the second major flood hit the city in 1936, the Army Corp of Engineers was brought in to correct the flooding problem in Johnstown. Their solution was the construction of river walls for the city's three rivers. Here a short eastbound stack train rides a top one of the walls of the Little Conemaugh River. |
