| A gleaming LNER BI Class no. 1306 Mayflower at Carrog on the Llangollen Railway. The loco had just brought in a special train chartered for entrants of a UK Rail Mag's photo competition. Having attended the awards ceremony, I was singularly unimpressed with some of the choices for prizes. Some of the winners would definitely not even get accepted by RP.net! It has to be said though that about 25% of winners' shots were pretty good. |
