| On a quiet Sunday in the heart of Washington's Palouse region, PCC 2353 and BAR 360 are parked at the grain elevator at Sunset, near the end of the PCC's PV Sub. In two days, a PCC crew will take these units down the line to gather up loaded grain cars from a number of elevators and take them to Winona. |
