| It's a chilly morning out in the city with the temperature hovering around -5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit) and the windchill at around -12, TTC 4250 an articulated light rail vehicle built by UTDC/Lavalin rolls eastbound along the Queensway approaching a streetcar stop at St. Joseph's hospital. |
