After meeting an eastbound at Shed 10, this loaded covered hopper train rolls downhill on Track 2 through Yuba Pass on a gorgeous late Autumn day in the Sierras. The train is passing the site where the City of San Francisco was trapped by snow on Track 1. The old Track 1 is gone but Donner Pass is still an impressive piece of railroad.
