Remarks & Notes |
EWS have been fighting a battle to retain freight traffic in the South West as the Clay Traffic contracts as cheaper china clay comes in from Brazil. In 2007 Class 60, 60054 found its way to Cornwall and on to 6C45 1458 St Blazey - Exeter Riverside with a rake of slurry tanks which would then be added to the second portion of the train. The train is seen here passing Cockwood Harbour, and is taken from the traditional point on the harbour wall. |
