BNSF VIP excursion slips down the "gentle" east slope of Marias Pass three miles west of East Glacier, MT. The train will head west within the hour for an annual barbecue at the railfan-popular Izaac Walton Inn in Essex, MT. BNSF President Matt Rose was the host.
