UPY 150 instructs the 2 GP38-2's trailing it to shove hard against its cut of cars being classified at Settegast yard. CCRCL stands for Control Car, Remote Control Locomotive -- an unpowered trailer unit with remote control capability while being coupled to another unit not so equipped. This allows other units that are not RC equipped to be capable of being remotely controlled. UP converted 70 (so far) of its retired ex MP and ex SP/SSW GE B23-7 and B30-7 units into these RC "sleds".
