Looking into the Roper yard at a safe distance UP3421 sits with others waiting for assignment.

I was passing by, and much to my surprise, I saw UP 1989 sitting at the Salt Lake Intermodal Hub, at closer inspection (as I ran to get some pictures) I saw UP 1996 on the other side of the train.

The north end of the Roper Terminal is under the "Spaghetti Bowl" in Salt Lake, the only time you can get decent lighting for this yard is at night when the sun is down.
