WNYP Local at Rouseville Pa, switching taken place at a chemical plant. This Alco C430 was owned by the NYS&W formerly NYS&W number 3000. Orginally built for the New York Central Railroad.
Crew just finished setting switching duties, both locomotives were shut down to conserve fuel.
