An interesting find here sitting on the spur track at West Chicago. A Harsco rail grinder sits here un-manned but surrounded by UP MoW trucks.
The Chicago Fort Wayne and Eastern power sits idling away along with IHB and BNSF power at the IHB Riverdale Yard in Riverdale.

This was nice. The other railfans were not happy to see the heritage unite trailing, but I liked seeing an oldie leading! Notice the conductor is holding a sign. The sign says, "Go Away!"

Very very rare! Usually EJ&E tactonite trains run between Eola and Joliet and in the winter. This train ran in the summer, from Waukegan to Joliet!
