J780 heads west through downtown Seymour with an ex-Conrail GP38 in charge.
A recently repainted CSX Geep sports the new "boxcar logo" while it basks in the afternoon sun. The 2806 began it's career in June of 1979, built as Conrail engine 8265.
CSX engine 2806 sports it's new "skin" as the crew spots it with CSX enigne 8250 with one of the gensets that resides in the Selkirk yard. The cab of NECR 722 can be seen behind the 2806.
The last rays of sun, before a morning rain, fall on a partially assembled mixed freight Q594 near the entrance of the CSX Decatur yard.
