Spirit of '76' 1976. The second BN "Bicentennial" 1976, nee-GN 323/BN 9853/6397. Renumbered back to BN 6397 in January 1979. Only 20 SDP40s built - six for GN and fourteen for NdeM.

This unit is still operational today as GCFX 3093.
