The final day of 2018 provided a nice surprise on the head end of NS 29J. A CBFX (ex-Burlington Northern triclops) leads its train westbound through a foggy Shawsville, Va.

Our next shot and my final chase shot 213 crosses over the Pacolet River with CBFX 6030.
Next spot we chased it to was Grover, NC. You couldn't have picked a better day for something neat like this to run. Also notice the difference in the number boards.
Word soon got out that 213 had a CBFX XBN SD60M leading. And the railfans came out for this one. So here's 213 in the trench in Gastonia. This is where we joined in the chase.
