When the Nevada Northern scrapped 4-6-0 No. 21 in 1952, its tender was given to Rotary "B." Remarkably, the tender was never repainted and still displays the number 21 on its rear end.
This rotary had come south from it's base in Cheyenne, and was eastbound toward Kansas to battle drifts. It reportedly had not been on this line since 1997.
