With only 20 minutes left before running "dead," the dispatcher had to hold this train about a mile north of Shops Yard so a fresh crew could bring the train the rest of the way in.

A solo SD40-2 is plenty of power for switching today. The crew is currently building train A412, which is a Fond du Lac to Proviso manifest.

Most WC fans would feel lost when they visit FDL nowadays.....these switchers were the ONLY WC power anywhere to be found in the yard.....
