Like a scene from the 1950s, two RS-3s hustle a passenger train north toward Scranton, bringing people into town for Steamtown's 2008 Lackawanna Railfest as well as Scranton's La Festa Italiana.

5 Alcos break the serenity as they roll through Gouldsboro. Just moments before, bullfrogs croaking and birds chirping were the only sounds.

Following the Ice Harvest Train up the hill was a DL Grain Train led by a quartet of Alcos. Again, the sun came out just as the train came into view.
