Having just been loaded with coal from AK Steel in North Excello-Middletown, Russel, KY bound CSX E411-08 crawls through Butler Street on a restricted signal.
I don't doubt that all 4 units were online as they rumbled through the Butler Street interlocking. This was 1 of 2 trains on that date that registered over 11,000 feet long!
