It had ran out of fuel, said the engineer, then the second unit an SD70, fell off line, and out of fuel, while I was standing there.

I stopped to take some photo's, and the engineer said "You can have it, it aint got a drop of fuel in it" It had stopped running, and they got a crew bus, and left.
