FEC 103 in Bunnell

905 comes north through a tropical deluge as a thundery shower drops about 2" per hour rainfall. In 20 minutes 0.50" of rain fell. On occasion 905 makes a trip south to work customers near Ormond.

Sometimes 905 ferries up power from New Smyrna Shops yielding all sorts of weird lashups like this one.

The 204 ran today, which the last few Sundays it has, seen on an oppressively hot and sunny afternoon in northeast Florida.

FEC 105 (former 101) roars through Bunnell with no tender this time.

The 103 rumbles through Bunnell with an assortment of freight. It seems like anything that needs to go to SoFlo in the am is in this train

If the modern FEC was still running in the Florida Keys it may have looked like this. But sadly today's FEC ends in Miami but Stuart allows us to imagine a bit.

FEC 204 rolls on new track laid for the coming Brightline passenger service. All Aboard Florida crews continue to lay double track to Cocoa and a new line into Orlando. BLF starts 2022 or 2023.

Next in the three train adventure was 210 running late which is quite rare for FEC for anything to be late.

At this tropical locale, FEC 204 trundles across the tidewater past construction of the Brightline project. 204 no longer runs this far south.
