14N rolls east over the Maumee with a little fall color across the bank. 23K has just stopped at the pad and a new crew is climbing on board to continue west.

With about as much fall color as I've found in Toledo near the tracks so far this year 18A rolls East at 288 on its way through town.

Rolling south just ahead of a fast moving dark storm Q150 got by Hallett in the last minutes of full sun - by time the tail of the short train passed the clouds had already blotted out the sun.

NS 24M soars over the Maumee River near downtown Toledo. Meanwhile, NS 23N heads westbound into Toledo Terminal for a recrew and fuel "top off."

The setting sun glints off of 24W as they slow down approaching Toledo yard. The entire train - all 11 platforms of it at this point - can be readily seen.

NS 31M came down the Detroit line and rounded the corner onto the Chicago line to head West and is now highballing through the 297 signals running on clears in a scene reminiscent of 15+ years ago... (more)
