SD70ACe-T4 3081 leads a MOGWC this morning. Must of been a heavy one, as the three units up front and the DPU were all working hard.

Thanks to a timely, heads up from a friend. I hurried out of bed and was able to catch a SD70ACe-T4 3081 on the MOGWC this morning.

UP 7471 and 3975 lead a morning westbound on the Lynndyl Subdivision.

UP 7895 2690 are giving their all at Lakepoint, Utah. They are doing about 20 miles an hour, on the grade and losing momentum. They will crest this climb in about a 1/4 mile though.

Union Pacific decided to give me one last train to photograph for the day. Right on the edge of sunset. UP 7528 makes it just in time.

Union Pacific 7678, 5193 have just rolled through the small, but growing town of Stockton, Utah.

Just on the east boundary of Tooele, Utah. Union Pacific 7678, 5193 are about to roll through town. The tracks run through the west side of town, the railroad calls the milepost Warner.

Utah Transit Authority Frontrunner 15 heads northbound out of the North Temple Station. Number 15 ware's a special paint to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of Frontrunner.

About 2 minutes after catching my first Utah Railway local the RUT311. The RUT312 came chugging right along behind it. The RUT312 is lead by GP38-3 2007 and GP40-3 3002.

With a relatively shorter empty coal train. These four units flew right up the Gilluly Loop with their train.

Amtrak 135 and 824 are rolling through the Red Narrows of Spanish Fork canyon. The train is the easbound Zephyr number 6.

UP 8901 with DPU 5838 as the only power. Haul a 188 car stack train over the Lynndyl Subdivision.

Lots of picture potential out in the east desert. The problem is finding trains to do it with. If your lucky you might see 3 to 4 train go a across these rail during daylight hours.

Did a little climbing, and shot a picture I have never shot before. Number 6 is in the Tucker section of the canyon by the Tie Fork rest stop.
