The AOK runs some very clean locomotives.
This locomotive was brought to McAlester, OK from Shawnee, OK four weeks ago. It is the replacement for the GP9 AOK 5913.
Here she is with fresh paint and decals! This used to be CSXT 3112! New glazing is on order. This unit will replace GP9 AOK 1050.
This unit will become AOK 4012 once the decals are applied. This was CSXT 3112.
This is the first time the caboose has come to McAlester since its restoration. AOK 4093 & the caboose (which used to be orange) match quite well now.
This caboose has been under restoration for about 2 years now. The only thing still missing are the AOK decals.
