U.S. Army Alco MRS-1 units B-2047, B-2056 & B-2052 pull a westbound West Shore freight. These low profile units were seen for a short time on this division of the New York Central.

A Lima-Hamilton 1200 h.p. road switcher has a short local freight eastbound at Teaneck on the West Shore. New York Central was the only customer for this model and this is the first of the group.
