The day after the 120th anniversery of the 1889 Johnstown Flood the 28Z coasts over the viaduct, which replaced the one that was destroyed.
This train was one of the most-photographed that I've ever seen on the W&LE. About nine of us shot him at Speers, and some of that group also got him here, just west of my vantage point.
