Many of the crossing flashers were not yet in service, requiring the AVR crew to flag each crossing. If not for this practice we would not have been able to chase this job.
Train 101 heads south out of Bowden with three ex-UP six-axles. Apparently FEC will be purchasing 6 SD70M-2's; it will be interesting to see what colors they end up in.
