I would guess without checking that this was a former MILW unit. I got a few shots on this business trip before a dingbat ran a red light, ruined by rental car and the rest of my day off.

BN 8 was BN's Fire Prevention Instruction Car and was used throughout the railroad. It is pictured here at Dale St. Shops in St. Paul. This was previously made and used by the Great Northern.
