September 28th will mark the 2nd anniversary of the last of the Northlander. Words cannot describe how much I miss this train, my daily pre-dinner photo fix for many many years.
Due to recurring mechanical problems, GP38-2(W) sister yard switchers 4775 and 4713 sit idle, just a few feet from Halifax Harbour. 4775 has moved on, but 4713's fate is tenuous.
