The 23K awaits its departure west, with a foreign visitor in tow. Today one couldn't throw a stone without hitting another railfan in Ayer.

The 415 waits for the 422 to clear before it approaches the Ayer station to drop off it's commuters from Boston.
I was finally able to catch the 23K in decent sunlight, after a long Seattle-like stretch of weather in Massachusetts. There was a gentleman behind me who had much the same idea as I did this day.
