The first train to head down the Amboy Secondary since the snow started falling the previous night, SA31 pauses on the Amboy Secondary in Helmetta for a few minutes.

Having just picked up two boxcars at an industry east of the river, SA-02 crosses the South River en route to East Brunswick and Milltown.

A westbound freight with a CSX GP38-2 in the lead rides under the catenary on NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line at South Amboy. The train is destined for the Southern Secondary.

A rare covered hopper-only SA31 behind CSXT 4405 crosses the wooden bridge over a frozen and snow covered Lake Manalapan.

SA31 crosses the South River at the west end of Browns Yard before heading down the Amboy Secondary to the Hightstown Branch and the Freehold Secondary.

The most exciting Christmas Tradition continued again in 2006 when Conrail,Freehold Borough PBA No. 159 and many others got together to share a spectacular day with the community.
