Amtrak's northbound (terminating) City of New Orleans backs into Union Station in Chicago. Today, Amtrak train #58 is led by Amtrak locomotive #58. I bet that doesn't happen too often!!

The eastbound California Zephyr passes over Butte Gulch on a beautiful September afternoon in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The eastbound Empire Builder is 15 minutes ahead of being two hours late as it flies through Elk River. At the end, are several BNSF cars, some include the Marias Pass, and the Gerald Grinstein.

The southbound Silver Palm rounds the curve at BX Tower with an assortment of motive power and equipment.
