With the unmistakeable peak of the Matterhorn (4478M) dominating the background, a Gornergratbahn train approaches Europe's highest outdoor station at Gornergrat (3089M)

At 10,135ft above sea level, it was a bit chilly taking this photo! A late afternoon train arrives at the terminus of the Gornergratbahn, high in the Alps.
