Coal empties are tucked away in the yard until a crew is called to take them east.
Passing the siding at Rosby - some of the oldest track in the area, cast in 1888 sits along the mainline. The track is still used to store cars between use.
Coal empties wait in the yard for coal loads to pass through before heading east. The crew would swap out and take the other train the same direction they came from.
