Almost to Albany!

About 30 minutes before the OE Express showed up, the extra OE Local came through town. He has the 3003 and 3005, former LLPX 3203 and 3205 for you SLR fans.

Moments after I got this shot, the air dumped and the train blocked the northern 3/4 of Front Street for about 30 minutes while the conductor walked the train and I played taxi service.

The southbound run of the OE Express passes under the old SP, now P&W's Westside District, Tualatin River bridge. The blue cards in the 3606/3604 say they are SD45-2's.

Could it be? Yes, an UNpatched BN SD60M in 2006. it's been 11 years since the BNSF merger, and there is still at least one BN unit, that hasn't been altered.

The "Lewis & Clark Explorer" RDC trio sit way back on the Morse Brothers property awaiting their fate. These are all ex BC Rail cars of the same numbers.

Taken from the cab of LLW SD9E 4433, this Z train heads towards Vancouver. He had to make a short stop at the Willamette River draw to wait for the bridge to get locked up.

567-equipped SD9 and 645-equipped GP40 are the power on the Linnton Switcher. The SD9 runs 100 times better than the GP40, wish I could get two SD9s to run together.

The Woods train is on the eastern (and wood) part of Bridge 8, which crosses over to Cowlitz River.

The Woods train heads across Bridge 10, in between Ostrander and Rocky Point.
