A clean and nearly new engine is on an eastbound in the late afternoon sunshine. One could smell the fresh paint as it went by.
The Driftwood Turn is headed southbound near Keating Summit. The 39 cars (mostly empties) was nothing to the big Alco engines..they were just out enjoying a easy run on a nice summer day.
