One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six! What seems to be a Monday thing, FEC 226 comes north with 6 motors, deadheading power from 202 and 222 that did not run the day before.

A tropical humid morning greets FEC 226 through Bunnell. Today's 226 had one GEVO and a retro blue GP40-2. Some side views are workable in the summer here.

We left Treasure Island at 1 AM to make it back in time for this shot. And of course the train was a bit late. But we got it!

A bit unusual is 226 with a GEVO and one of the Susan Komen motors. FEC is a strong supporter of Breast Cancer research and frequently showcases the Susan Komen motors.

During the summer you can get well lit shots of 226 behind the businesses on north end of St, Augustine. Here 226 makes it's regular appearance alongside the tidewater.

The routine passage of FEC 226. This train is pretty much a sure bet on any given morning turning up between 8 AM and 9 AM, though on Sundays can be earlier...or later.

Orange Juice for breakfast! 226 shows up with some juice on the top end of this train. Very uncommon but sometimes juice is picked up on the way north by 226.

FEC 226 makes it's normal Saturday appearance. Just before the train showed a rainbow hung in the sky in the background, a real keen observer can see a faint remnant of it.

Occasionally strange consists show up like this ES44, GP38-2 and GP40-2 on 226. The retro blues look good next to the Champion.

Even with the new US 1 bridge the down low classic shot still works. Here FEC 226 with a mix of old and new power rolls north across the tidewater.
