This was the only day it didnt snow for 7 days in a trip that I made a while back. UP's snow removal operations are one of the most amazing sites to watch

Well into Troy is an eastbound auto train. This location requires a bit of work to get to, but I think the efforts are well worth it

Streching accross the approach, over the bridge, and through the tunnel....the 5816 peaks out of the east end of Shed 10.
Heading out of the summit tunnel heading west, remnants from the prior days storm can be seen. The "core"(amount of snow accumulated between the rails) is getting pretty deep!
