Lousy weather and a distinctly unfriendly reception by TTR made our one and only Toledo visit a short one but at least we got to see probably the best black paint scheme of all time.

D&TSL switcher 118 is waiting for the morning GTW yard crew at the east end of the yard in Battle Creek, Michigan, in September of 1983. This little engine was retired before the CN takeover.
Four years after the festivities this geep still retains it's red,white,and blue colors.
