CSXT 410, Soo 6021, and CP 4612 storm out of an extremely overgrown Weaver West.
A nice change of pace. 99% of the time this train uses a pair or GE's, but today Soo 6037 has the honors of guiding the train up River.
The Empire Builder is right on schedule as it passes through a slow order just north of its next stop in Winona.
With an eastbound all tucked away in the siding at Weaver, Soo 6026, 6036, 6039, 6057, and 4431 motor west on 283.
While out after the SP 4449 this day, a DM&E St. Paul-Kansas City manifest was grabbed coming downstream towards home rails at LaCrescent.
