Soo 784,2200A have a heavy 912 moving right along near Garnet. The 2200A is one of four late model F3's still on the Soo roster but is within weeks of retirement and trade in on a new GP38-2.

Soo 6610,6602 have a 116 car train 912 on the move at Garnet. The roller coaster profile of the Soo Subdivision is apparent as the train comes out of a sag and will soon be dropping down another.

Milw 130, Soo 1220 head 47 cars into a late evening sun. It wasn't common to see SW type units east of Gladstone during Soo's last years of Upper Peninsula operations.
