After running in the morning for the past several weeks, UBHF finally makes a afternoon run towards the CSX Highfield interchange.

Early in the morning, MMID 302, running long hood forward, leads UBST northbound on the MDOT line, about to take the switch to head for the MMID mainline.

MMID 302 leads UBST back to Union Bridge, crossing Y-Road.

MMID 301 and 305 lead UBST on a cold Tuesday morning, as it takes the switch to leave the MDOT line for the connection track, that will ultimately lead back to the MMID mainline.

UBHF crosses Y-Road on the connection track between the MMID mainline and the Woodsboro-Taneytown MDOT line, in order to make a stop off at KFI on the way west to Highfield.

MMID UBHF crosses Y-Road heading west. Engine 300 was Dead-In-Transit, but would be used for the return trip from Highfield, as they would be bringing back approx. 70 cars.

MMID UBTT leans through the turn, as engine 301 pulls and 304 pushs the Union Bridge - Taneytown run back to Union Bridge, after visiting the local propane dealer.

MMID 304 and 301 lead UBHF to Highfield, with Cement Hoppers bound for the CSX Interchange, and 2 gondolas of wood most likely headed for NVR Homes in Thurmont.

Maryland Midland UBHF on the connection from their main-line to the Woodsboro-Taneytown line, so they can push a few cars to KFI, before continuing upto Highfield.
