The power for this autorack train includes an ex SP/UP SD45 rebuild that is now part of CEFX's lease fleet. The train is crossing the dry Mojave River and about to enter Afton Canyon

This K line doublestack train is dwarfed by the surrounding scenery as it traverses California's Aftton Canyon.

The Red K Line scheme contrasts nicely with the surrounding desert landscape. The train is exiting Afton Canyon.

Eastbound priority intermodal is just out of Afton Canyon as it crosses the Mojave River on the approach to Basin siding on UP's Cima Subdivision.

West through Afton Canyon....I wouldnt try this shot again....not the best area to climb!
