August in Kansas can be hot and this afternoon was no exception. Thankfully, there was a breeze as UP 4740 flies by at track speed just north of Hanover, KS on the Marysville Sub.

The BNSF/KCS Schneider transfer is returning with cars from the KCS on the other side of town. The conductor on the front of the engine was cleaning windows.
