A trio of BNSF EMDs hustles uphill around the curve entering the town of Lincoln. The power barely fits in a sucker hole of sunlight. The third unit is a GP38-2B.

Thanks to a heads up from Mike Vandenberg, I was able to nab this nice pair of SD40-2s leading a manifest toward Willmar, seen from the US 12 overpass just east of Kerkhoven.

A pair of old workhorses are back in mainline service today with a short priority manifest from Pasco, WA.
