After a minor earthquake, in which 99% of Southern California thought was a disaster Amtrak #774 arrives, after travelling near 40 miles at restricted speed, making them over 3 hours late.
Due to an earthquake, Amtrak #774 has just arrived, almost 3 hours late. Some more construction on apartments is being done (go figure).
